We completely transformed the area, adding a custom-tiled bathroom, a full kitchen, and a new bedroom—turning what was once a forgotten space into a fully livable suite. We installed two new windows and added a new exterior door to bring in more natural light for better access and functionality.

We upgraded the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to meet modern standards and installed spray foam insulation along exterior walls to retain heat and prevent moisture. In the ceiling, we included soundproof insulation to reduce noise from the unit above, ensuring quiet for the homeowners and their guests.
