Bathroom Renovation with Custom Tub

This unique bathroom renovation is centred around a custom-designed, extra-large tub—a bold, luxurious feature made even more special with a new waterproof privacy grass window that brings in natural light while maintaining total privacy.

Sleek Surfaces and Smart Storage

We used large-format, high-gloss tiles for the tub surround, offering a clean, classy aesthetic accented by a wraparound tile border. The layout also made room for a custom tiled ledge with a shower niche, providing practical storage and a finished look.

Technology Meets Comfort

Like all of our bathroom renovations, this project included an upgrade to an ultra-quiet Panasonic exhaust fan—but this one came with a twist. We installed a Bluetooth-enabled speaker fan at the homeowner’s request, allowing them to enjoy music or podcasts while soaking in their new tub.

Every Detail Considered

We paid close attention to function and form: by aligning the floor tiles with the tub’s tiled side, we created a seamless visual flow and discreetly incorporated the heat run into the side of the tub surround—keeping it out of harm’s way from water spills. A custom vanity completed the transformation, delivering the extra counter space the homeowner needed without sacrificing style.
