Bathroom, Kitchen and Main Floor Renovation

This home had heart—but the project had stalled mid-renovation. That’s where we came in. Brightside Renovations completed a full-home transformation, turning an unfinished vision into a beautifully finished reality.

Fresh Foundations, Top to Bottom

We installed new stairs and custom-tiled bathrooms on both levels and updated the home with new flooring, trim, and solid-core doors. Every choice was made with craftsmanship in mind, combining aesthetic appeal with long-lasting quality.

Craft Meets Character

One of the standout features in this home is the exposed collar tie beams in the vaulted ceiling upstairs, which bring rustic character and architectural interest to the main living space. We paired this with new oak railings and balusters, blending warmth and structure into a seamless design.

A Kitchen That Works and Wows

The new kitchen is functional and elegant, with a custom tile backsplash that adds personality and polish. Updated electrical and HVAC systems run throughout the home, ensuring modern comfort to match the home’s beautiful new look.

A Complete Transformation

This project was more than just finishing what someone else started—it was about reimagining what the space could be. From floor to ceiling, every room in the house now reflects care, intention, and expert execution.

Keith and the team did a wonderful job renovating my home. From start to finish, they were delightful to deal with, with great communication and always addressing my concerns. My place was fully gutted and needed everything from plumbing, electrical, windows, trim and lighting. Everything was taken care of without having to worry about hiring multiple contractors and Keith managed the project perfectly.
